I'm an always-smiling extrovert, party planning, Pinterest addict, cider connoisseur, crazy cat lady, with many passions. I've always loved having fun side businesses from baking, to pet care, and now photography. I'm a former veterinary technician, now a registered nurse by trade, with a love for psychiatric nursing, while I moonlight as a photographer in my spare time.

 

Mama to two, Cedar (almost 3), and Capri (due Feb 2021), and wife to Jonathan. I love to design fun house projects and my husband loves to make them a reality, so we are always working on something together. We enjoy traveling to new places each year and have been to a handful of countries since getting married in 2014. Before that, one of my favorite memories was living in Australia.

Now about photography.

I'm a no pressure, go with the flow, lifestyle photographer that enjoys photographing the moments in between poses that show the true you with your tribe. Raw emotions, stolen kisses, and tickle fights will comprise a session with me. Don't worry about your kids behaving perfectly or your hair getting tossed by the wind. You will receive a gallery of photographs that show your family's story and none of those things will matter or be remembered in the end.

13 years ago I started playing with film photography, shooting with the very camera that my own childhood photographs were taken with. My love for photography began there and has only continued to evolve with every photo taken, every photographer's work I've admired, and each new technique I've learned. Jonathan and I hire a photographer to capture us every anniversary and they are my most treasured photos to look back on --- especially as our family has evolved from 2 to 4 members. I admired photographers for so long, and finally made the plunge to go from photography being a fun hobby to opening my own photography business in January 2020.
